About our product
All animals itch and scratch, right? Why not give them a safe place to scratch with Itchin' Post Grooming Pads!

All animals have nagging, itchy areas. Giving them a safe place — and a safe product — to rub against makes animals happy and less inclined to scratch on areas that could be potentially dangerous to the animals.
Protect your animals, as well as your buildings and fences.
Sharp objects and tree branches can poke out an eye or cause injuries that leave deep cuts and scars on the animals’ coat. Gates will bend and become unusable. The side of the barn or shelter where the wood or metal becomes razor-sharp can cause animals to gash themselves, which could require medical attention resulting in expensive vet bills.
Itchin’ post pads will cover the dangerous areas and allow the animals’ natural behavior to find a favorite place to scratch which makes them happy.
Installation Ideas:
- Place a post in the pasture as tall as the animals’ hind quarters and strong enough to support their weight when they lean on it and rub continuously. Wrap Itchin’ Post grooming pads around it from top to bottom.
- The convenient size allows you to bend and shape them to the areas you need.
- Hang them inside or outside; permanently or temporarily.
- Place several pads flat against the wall of your horse’s stall.
- Wrap them with twine around a sturdy railing or hay manger.
- Itchin’ Posts are easy and quick to install to any area such as trailers.
Nothing feels so good to a horse after a show or trail ride when they are hot and sweaty looking for a place to roll or scratch. Human animals have been known to buy them for personal use or been caught using the pads out in the pasture. ***If you see this happen, please send video and or photos. ***
